Peters claimed music rapper Kanye West copied portions of his 2006 song
“Stronger”. West’s 2007 song by the same name, as well as Peters’ song both
reference 19th century philosopher, Friedrich Nietzsche’s idiom: “That which
does not kill us makes us stronger.”
All Hip Hop reports, Judge Diane Wood of the 7th
Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in favor of Kanye West regarding a two years old copyright
infringement lawsuit against him.
