Unlike his recent film "Let Me Explain", 33 year old actor-comedian Kevin Hart faced the music, stood up for his mistakes, and pleaded no contest.
On April 14, Hart was arrested for driving under the influence. He was reportedly observed driving at speeds upward to 90 miles an hour on the Venture Freeway. After failing sobriety tests, he was held overnight and released on $5,000 bond.
Hart was fined $390 and sentenced to three years probation. He was also ordered to complete a three month long alcohol education program.
In spite of these troubles, Hart's career is moving forward. He has landed a sketch comedy series on BET, is appearing on Saturday Night Live this weekend, and is preparing to co-star in a comedy film with Will Ferrell.
